Purchasing transition management
FINANCING: the French government can subsidize a human resources consulting service (PCRH) provided by an external service provider for companies with less than 250 employees and a turnover of less than 50 million euros. Given the challenges related to skills needs and the ecological and digital transition, attention is now paid to HR projects whose purpose is to implement a CSR approach. The French government's contribution is limited to 50% of eligible costs, excluding taxes, up to a maximum of €15,000 for individual support.

CPO Plus is CCE certified (Certificate of Competence in Corporate Training) and has signed an agreement with Baya Consulting, Qualiopi certified.
CPO Plus' training programs are adaptable (in duration and content) in order to best meet our clients' needs. Delivered by our Qualiopi certified training organization, they can be financed by the OPCO under certain conditions.

He holds an Executive MBA in Purchasing and Supply Management from the EIPM (European Institute of Purchasing Management), and is a graduate of the University of Sciences of Bordeaux, where he obtained a Master's degree in industrial purchasing of electronic components.

Previously, he worked for 13 years in the automotive industry for major global players, within the TOP10 OEMs (Siemens, Faurecia) and the TOP5 manufacturers (Renault-Nissan), where he held various global and regional positions in Purchasing and Costing.
